GELC offers customized programs tailored to fit the organization’s specific requirements. We collaborate with organizations to offer custom-built learning modules that cater to the unique set of challenges of the organization. The process of devising such a plan is rigorous yet flexible and formed through repeated consultations between the department heads of the organization and our esteemed faculty. Various methods and approaches are implemented to achieve the desired outcome together following these steps:
Step 1: Interactive Discussion with the Organization
As we begin the custom program creation, we initiate it with an interactive discussion, primarily focused on gaining a more profound understanding of the organization’s culture, and values, and meeting the people engaged in caring and growth business. Hence, our specialists engage with the Human Resource/ Learning & Development Heads along with other leaders.

Step 2: Need Assessment
We at GELC strongly believe that in order to achieve the desired outcome, we must have a clear understanding of the vision and processes of a particular organization. Multiple discussion sessions are conducted with the top management and department stakeholders to effectively address the needs and growth requirements through customized solutions; synchronized with the larger objectives of the organization.
Our team adapts various traditional and innovative methods for a thorough examination of the overall performance of the organization and its drive toward achieving specific goals. Performance appraisals/KPIs of the different departments, the key issues and challenges faced at different levels of the organization, and the feedback of its employees and customers are mainly the areas covered as indicators. The data collected through these methods is categorized into different levels of the organization i.e. strategic, tactical, and operational levels, and is managed according to the roles, requirements, objectives, and its impact on the organization's overall performance at each level.
